So incredibly important. Dance, joy, play, silly...it's all medicine. Beautiful work. ❤️

I did the assessment and got Claircognizance and at first I thought no, but then I realized this makes a lot of sense. There has been so many times in life I had just known things. Sometimes stronger than others, including dreams. And I’m obsessed with owls 🦉. I think I have at least one owl figurine in every room 😆.

People who are Claircognizant have always known and dismissed the knowing as just something normal but it’s not as typical as we originally thought. I love owls too. They are wise and can see in the “dark”.

That is beautiful.

I did the assessment and got Claircognizance. The description and tips resonate SO much! I needed them 💗

Thats aweesome! That’s my main clair as well. Things just drop into our awareness without explanation, like magic sprinkles of wisdom and insight.

Wow I really loved this, Nikki. How that problem solving part steps in… the pressure to be serious… and then our bodies showing us in an unmistakable way that we need to step back and actually listen to ourselves. So wonderful. I will likely be taking that assessment!!

Sometimes the simple thing to do is listen. Someone else posted on here that soften and listen is now their word and I love that because it goes against the grain of everything ever been taught. Let me know how the assessment goes and what your results are.

I can relate to this so much. As a fellow serious person, I absolutely need to allow more softness and joy into my life. I've been thinking about this topic a lot lately and then your article comes along at just the right time. This has given me a lot to think about. Thank you!

Our Higher Self is always giving us signs to validate what we are already feeling or thinking. This was your sign. I remember I was given a vision of myself letting my grip open when I asked how to relax and let go. It’s definitely a practice. So glad it hit home for you just in time.

This makes me think about our inner child and how we need to remember it by being more joyful and live in the moment. Every moment is a gift if we just open to it.

We were meant to experience more joy but it’s been confirmed out of us. We believe that somehow feeling joy is wrong. It’s time to break the belief and embrace joy!

So if I just click like, you get supported and I don't have to confess, right? No, it won't let me go that easily. Back in 96 throat cancer, a lump in a lymph gland in my neck. major surgery that was modified(?) and then only took out the lymph chain, no tumor only 1 enlarged swollen gland. Lots of "radiation" therapy (32 doses) fried everything in my neck and mouth. That was because they couldn't find the source of where it metastasized from. 5 years later they finally found it, a tennis ball lump at the base of my tongue which of course they made it sound 50x worse. That little voice in my head that now I could hear, separate from all the other noise told me how to proceed. I'm still here after all was said and done. Then it took until this past year to realize the one word, just one, that would change it all. Soften. That's it, just soften. I was so pissed at me and what was I going to do. Spank myself? I added one more word to my NEW list, listen.

I’m sorry about your struggle but it Sounds like you came to the exact conclusion. I just completed a full body MRI which I forgot to mention in the article because I’ve done so much, and everything checked out just fine. Soften and listen are 2 really good mantras to live by. Glad you’re here!
