I feel this. The process is real, and I seriously struggle with it sometimes. Thank you for the words that are so true and thank you for the encouragement. I need it.🧡

I can relate to this 100%. It is definitely lonely and I like the advice to not over explain and some relationships need less attention or space for a while. I am in the midst of that and figuring out who drains my energy that I used to tolerate all the time.

It’s been 13 years, and these truths are still exactly the reminders I needed in this moment. The struggle is real even if less overwhelming than in the earliest days. “Stop performing certainty you don’t feel” and “Keep going when no one claps” 🎯🎯 i felt the messages resonate in my body. Bingo. Thank you for your words 🙏🏼

I’m so glad to hear that this landed right when you needed it. Time heals all wounds, at least that’s what they convince us of. But there is no time limit on healing. Some of these beliefs run very deep. Patience and loving kindness is always available to you, if you’re willing to give and receive it.

thank you for wiring this - it allowed me to reframe the loneliness as the still space i am existing in as my SELF changes

Your’re welcome. I’m glad it was helpful.

The line about "becoming the rules" really stayed with me. So much of healing isn't creating a new self—it's finally seeing the invisible patterns we've mistaken for who we are. Beautifully written.

Thank you! It’s been something I’ve struggled with myself and I know so many others judge themselves for feeling like they don’t truly belong anywhere.
