Thank you for following my journey. Meditation doesn’t always look like sitting in silence. I often incorporate it into my day as I’m doing mundane things like the dishes. It’s not unusual to get flashes of images and downloads when we’re fully present and centered in life.
Thank you for your raw truth about childhood. That’s the thing about truth, it can’t be denied, it must be acknowledged and lived in.
“What meditation gave me wasn’t answers, it gave me connection.”
I couldn’t agree more.
The feeling of overall presence, the way the air is suddenly heavy with energy, yet so light - you feel as if you may float right out of your body. I went searching for answers, searching for a way to heal, and what I found, was my heart in the form of guides, who come whenever I quiet the noise and calm my nervous system, not because I call upon them, but because they’ve always been there waiting for me to hear.
Thrilled to hear that this hit home for you. Sometimes we encounter the unexpected when we’re on our journey of remembering.! We sit with the intention to heal, to feel peace, to gain clarity and the we are surprised by the presence of benevolent helpers who are ready and willing to walk the path beside us. Tuning into the heart is the gateway to our truth. So glad that you discovered yours in such a beautiful way ♥️ thank you for sharing beautiful one 🙏🏻
I read this with goosebumps rising again and again, that unmistakable feeling of truth moving gently through the body.
There is such tenderness and integrity in the way you speak of guidance here. Not as something dramatic or overpowering, but as something that waited patiently for safety, for consent, for readiness. That kind of presence feels deeply real to me.
What you wrote reminded me that true guidance never rushes us, never frightens us into belief. It meets us where we are , quietly, kindly, and stays. Through symbols, through subtle knowing, through beauty that feels familiar rather than foreign.
Thank you for sharing this story with such care. It felt less like reading and more like remembering alongside you.
What an incredible story. Thank you for sharing. I definitely need to meditate more. It’s been a long time.
